This product is covered by the standard 3 Year Vynco Warranty – proof of purchase is required. Please contact Vynco for details of returns procedure.
NOTE: This product contains NO user serviceable parts.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: IP56 switches can only be mounted vertically (portrait orientation), and the switch mech must not be removed.

• STEP 1
  Ensure wall surface for mounting is smooth and flat and the hole cut does not exceed switch sub-plate seal perimeter size.
• STEP 2
  Remove the screw cap bungs (circled below) from the sub-plate seal with side cutters, cutting close to the bung itself. Store for later.
  
• STEP 3
  Wire up the switch in accordance with the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules.
• STEP 4
  Screw the switch to the wall up to a torque of 1.3Nm for each screw (whether flush box mounting or solid wall mounting). In the case of solid wall mounting, piercing the seal flange is okay and recommended.
• STEP 5
  Fit the screw seal bungs in flush box screw holes. Fit cover plate.
