VR1616 Custom Cable Ties with Print

Adam Hall cable ties can be ordered with your custom imprint on the tongue.
Two basic options are available:

• PRINTING IN GERMANY – Smaller quantities and shorter lead times
• PRINTING IN CHINA – For higher quantities, lower printing fee, longer lead times

For custom tongue colors, cable tie lengths or print colors, the minimum order quantities from China must be met.
Please submit your requests to your Adam Hall sales representative or email to [email protected].

ONE-TIME PRINTING PLATE FEE

A printing plate is required for each text or logo graphic. The plate can be used to print on any size of cable tie. However,matching the print and cable tie sizes requires a dedicated plate for each cable tie size. It is not possible to consolidate multiple logos on a single plate to save costs.

DATA FORMAT AND SUBMISSION

Your order can only be produced after submission of the logo  graphics to Adam Hall in the required format.
Please make sure to submit the logo as a vector image in PDF format.
Pixel images are unsuitable for printing. To check if your graphics are vector or pixel based zoom in on a detail. If the edges remain sharp even at maximum zoom the image is likely to be vector based. If pixels appear or the edges are blurred the image is likely to be pixel based. Please see the example below.

NOTE:

1. If your file contains text, be sure to convert it to curves. To check  if text has been converted to curves, open the PDF file and move  the mouse cursor over the text area. If the arrow cursor changes to a text selection cursor the text has not been converted to
   curves, if the arrow does not change it has.
2. Please pay attention to your file’s level of detail. Too much detail or extremely fine lines (approx. less than 0.5 mm thickness) may result in unsatisfactory prints.
3. For single colour printing be sure to submit your printing files in monochrome format. Black areas will be printed, white areas will not. Please see the below example.

MAXIMUM SIZES FOR GRAPHICS

Please refer to the chart below showing the maximum area which can be covered by the print and adjust your graphics to the respective size.
