The Nedis RDWR1100BK is a world receiver with alarm clock.
Intended use
The product is exclusively intended to be used as a radio receiver and alarm clock.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Safety instructions
WARNING
- Only use the product as described in this manual.

- This product may only be serviced by a qualified technician for maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.
Installation
- Check the contents of the package
- Check that all parts are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.
Set up
1. Insert 2 AA batteries in the battery compartment A20.
2. Extend the antenna A18.
Use
Setting time
1. Switch off the radio by dialling On / Off / Volume A4 to “Off”.
2. Press and hold Alarm / Set A7. The time will blink on the display.
3. Press Tune – A8 to set the hour.
4. Press Tune + A9 to set the minutes.
5. Press Alarm / Set A7 to confirm.
- The time will be displayed in 24 h format.
Listening to the radio
1. Press FM / AM / SW Mode A17 to switch between FM, AM and SW.
2. In FM and AM mode, press Tune- A8 and Tune+ A9 to change the frequency.
3. In SW mode, press SW1 A10 to SW6 A15 to change the frequency range.
The SW frequency ranges are:
SW1 | 2.20 – 3.90 MHz |
SW2 | 3.90 – 7.00 MHz |
SW3 | 7.00 – 10.15 MHz |
SW4 | 10.15 – 13.35 MHz |
SW5 | 13.35 – 16.16 MHz |
SW6 | 16.16 – 23.00 MHz |
Using the alarm
1. Switch off the radio by dialling On / Off / Volume A4 to “Off”.
2. Press Alarm / Set A7 shortly. The alarm time will blink.
3. Press Tune- A8 to set the hours.
4. Press Tune+ A9 to set the minutes.
5. Press Alarm / Set A7 to confirm the alarm time.
6. Press Alarm / Set A7 once to select ‘wake up to buzzer’ or press A7 twice to select ‘wake to radio’.
Switching off the alarm
- Press Alarm / Set A7 to switch off the alarm.
- The alarm clock symbol on the display will disappear.
Using the light on the LCD display
1. Press Light A16 to switch on the light on the LCD display.
2. Press Light A16 again to switch it off.
Maintenance
- Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
Warranty
Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.
