provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse,

PLANNING INSTALLATION
Read all instructions before installing. To avoid damaging this product, place it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard.
IMPORTANT: Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts, abrasions, or exposed copper that may have occurred during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, do not attempt installation. Please call the Customer Service Team at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON.
NOTE: You may use three Max 60W medium base (E26) type “ST64” or type “A” bulbs or three 9W medium base (E26) self-ballasted LED bulbs (sold separately).

Installation
1 Preparing the bracket plate
Unscrew the four support screws (short) (FF) from the bracket plate (A). Remove the bracket plate (A) from the support screws (short) (FF) for later use.

2 Installing the bracket plate
at side of the bracket plate (A) against the wall
and mark the location of the two key holes with a pencil (not
provided).
Drill a small hole (6 mm) on each mark and push the plastic anchors (DD) into the wall using a hammer.
Fasten the bracket plate (A) onto the outlet box using the two outlet box screws (long) (AA). Place the two wood screws (EE) in the key holes located on the bracket plate (A) and tighten until fully secured.
NOTE: If your wall is wood, do not drill holes. Use the two wood screws and two outlet box screws to secure the
bracket plate.

3 Making the electrical connections
Strip 3/4 in. of insulation from the wire ends.

4 Attaching the fixture body to the outlet box
Place the fixture body (B) against the outlet box, align the four holes of the bracket plate (A) and fixture body (B), then tighten the support screws (short) (FF).
There are two installation options to choose from.

Installation Option 1:

5 Installing the glass shade to the fixture body
Place the glass shade (C) over the socket, align the three holes of the glass shade (C) and cap of the fixture body (B),
then secure the glass shade with the thumbscrews (GG) as
shown on the diagram.
Installation Option 2:
Down light
6 Installing the light bulbs
Install the bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Use three Max 60W medium base (E26) type “ST64” bulbs.
NOTE: You can also use three Max 60W medium base (E26) type “A” bulbs or Max 9W medium base (E26) selfballasted LED bulbs (sold separately). Do not exceed the recommended wattage.

Care and Cleaning
Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry, soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully. To clean the fixture, disconnect power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box. Use a dry or
slightly dampened, clean cloth to wipe the exterior surface of the fixture.
Troubleshooting
Problem The lights will not turn on.
The fuse blows or the circuit breaker trips when the light is turned on.
Possible Cause
The bulb is burned out. The power is off. There is a faulty switch. There is a faulty wire connection. There are crossed wires or the power wire is grounding out.
Solution
Replace the light bulb. Ensure the power supply is turned on. Test or replace the switch. Check the wiring. Discontinue use of the lamp. Check the wire connections. Contact a qualified electrician or call the Customer Care Service Team at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON.

Preinstalación
PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN

1 Preparación de la placa de montaje
Desenrosque los cuatro tornillos de soporte (cortos) (FF) de la placa de montaje (A). Separe la placa de montaje (A) del cuerpo de la lámpara (B) y guarde la placa de montaje (A) y los cuatro tornillos de soporte (cortos) (FF) para su uso posterior.

Pele unos 2 cm del aislamiento de los extremos de los cables. Conecte el cable negro del cuerpo de la lámpara (B) al cable negro de la caja de distribución; a continuación, conecte el cable blanco
del cuerpo de la lámpara (B) al cable blanco de la caja de distribución. El cable desnudo de cobre a tierra de la lámpara debe engancharse un giro por debajo de la base del tornillo de toma a tierra verde

4 Fijación del cuerpo de la lámpara a la caja de distribución
Coloque el cuerpo de la lámpara (B) contra la caja de distribución, alinee los cuatro orificios de la placa de montaje (A) y el cuerpo de la lámpara (B) y, a continuación, apriete el tornillo de soporte (corto) (FF).

Mantenimiento y limpieza
No emplee productos de limpieza que contengan químicos, disolventes ni abrasivos. Utilice únicamente un paño seco para quitar el polvo o limpiar con cuidado.
Para limpiar la lámpara, desconecte la alimentación apagando el disyuntor del circuito o retirando el fusible de la caja de fusibles. Utilice un paño suave seco o ligeramente mojado para limpiar la superficie exterior de la lámpara.
Reparación de averías
Problema Las luces no se encenderán.
El fusible se quema o se activa el disyuntor cuando se enciende la luz.
Posible causa La bombilla está quemada. La alimentación está apagada.
Hay un interruptor defectuoso. Hay una conexión de cables defectuosa. Hay cables cruzados o el cable de alimentación está separado de tierra.
Solución
Sustituya la bombilla.
Asegúrese de que la fuente de alimentación está encendida. Inspeccione o sustituya el interruptor.
Inspeccione los cables.
Deje de usar la lámpara. Desconecte la unidad de la pared. Contacta a un electricista calificado o llama al equipo de Servicio al Cliente al 1-855-HD-HAMPTON.
