Product Usage Instructions:

1. Before you begin to assemble the enclosure, please check if the
   bath is firmly fixed and leveled.
2. Remove the masking (protective foil) from the bath ledge where
   the enclosure will be laid. We recommend placing a cardboard pad
   inside the bath for protection.
3. Hold the (C1 and D) profiles on the wall in place.
4. Slide the bath enclosure into the (C2) profile until it reaches
   the end. Align the other side to match the position of the (C1)
   profile and slide the bath enclosure out of the (C2) profile
   slightly towards the (C1) profile to ensure even insertion.
5. Apply a thin layer of silicone on the (D) profile and attach
   it.
6. Clean the joint between the (C) profiles, wall, and bath,
   removing any grease. Apply silicone in the joints between the wall
   and (C) profile. Spread out the silicone with a spatula or by using
   a finger moistened in liquid soap. Seal the lower joint between the
   firmly fixed part of the enclosure and the bath from the outside
   with silicone. Allow the silicone to cure for 24 hours.
7. When installing a bath enclosure with a PEARL screen, remove
   the protective masking (foil) from the inside.

1. Ped zahájením montáze vanové zástny pekontrolujte
upevnní vany a ustavení do vodoroviny. Na van v míst montáze zástny nesmí být ochranná fólie. Do vany doporucujeme vlozit ochrannou podlozku (karton).
2. Pilozte profily (C1 a D) na stnu do místa pro uchycení
zástny (5 a 45 mm) tak, aby s ní svíraly úhel 90° . Oznacte polohu otvor. Do stny vyvrtejte otvory Ø 6mm a vlozte do nich hmozdinky. Na profil (C1) naneste tenkou vrstvu silikonového tmelu a pisroubujte je napevno ke stn. Stejný postup opakujte s (C2) na druhé stran stny. Profil (D) prozatím nemontujte.
3. Do profilu (C2) zasute vanovou zástnu na doraz. Druhou
stranu nasmrujte samostatným profilem na profil C1 a povysute vanovou zástnu z profilu (C2) do profilu (C1) tak, aby byla stejnomrn zasunuta v obou profilech (C1, C2). Profil (C1) a (C2) svrtejte se sprchovou zástnou zevnit ve tech místech vrtákem Ø 3 mm a zajistte srouby (c), na které pak nacvaknte krytky (d).

4. Na profil (D) naneste tenkou vrstvu silikonového tmelu
a pisroubujte ho napevno ke stn. Do profilu (D) zasute profil s magnetem (E) a vysute ho tak, aby optimáln dosedl na protilehlý magnet zavených dveí zástny. Profil (D) a (E) svrtejte zevnit ve tech místech vrtákem Ø 3 mm a zajistte srouby (c), na které pak nacvaknte krytky (d).
5. Spáru mezi profily (C), stnou a vanou ocistte (odmas-
tte). Do spár mezi stnou a profily (C) naneste silikonový tmel. Tmel zatete strkou nebo prstem navlhceným v tekutém mýdle. Spodní spáru mezi cásti zástny a vanou z vnjsí strany také utsnte silikonovým tmelem. Tmel nechejte zaschnout minimáln 24 hod.!!! U vanové zástny s výplní PEARL odstrate ochrannou folii z vnitní strany.

POKYNY K POUZÍVÁNÍ VÝROBKU
· Pro správnou funkci doporucujeme výrobek cistit a udrzovat. · Zástny se osetují bznými cistícími prostedky urcenými pro domácnost, které neobsahují pevné cástice. · Klouby a profily je nutno obcas odmastit a vycistit bzným saponátem. · Dále doporucujeme pojezdy potít lékaskou vazelínou nebo ochranným glycerinovým krémem.

1. Description of the bath enclosure assembly works.
Before you begin to assemble the enclosure please check up whether the bath is firmly fixed and leveled. On the bath ledge, along the spot where the enclosure is to be laid, the masking (protective foil) has to be removed. We recommend you to put cardboard as a protective pad inside the bath.
2. Hold the (C1 and D) profiles on the wall in the place
where the enclosure is to be attached (5 and 45 mm see the photo) so that they make a 90° angle to the wall. Mark position of the holes to be drilled. Drill 6 mm in diameter holes in the wall and insert dowels into them. Apply a thin layer of silicon on (C1) profile and fix it firmly to the wall with screws. Apply the same procedure with (C2) profile on the opposite side of the wall. For this moment do not attach (D) profile yet.
3. Slide the bath enclosure in the (C2) profile to its very
end. Direct and align the other side to match position of the (C1) profile and slide the bath enclosure out of the (C2) profile a bit towards the (C1) profile so that the bath enclosure is evenly inserted into both (C1 and C2)

profiles. Drill through the (C1) and (C2) profiles with the bath enclosure from the inside in three spots with a Ø 3 mm drill and fix them with (c) screws. Provide the screws with the (d) caps.
4. Apply a thin layer of silicon on (D) profile and attach
it firmly to the wall. Slide the (E) profile with magnet into (D) profile and move it away slightly out so that it touches the opposite magnet of the closed enclosure screen. Drill through the (D) and (E) profiles with the bath enclosure from the inside in three spots with a Ø 3 mm drill and fix them with (c) screws. Provide the screws with the (d) caps.
5. Clean (remove grease) the joint between the (C) pro-
files, wall and bath. Apply silicon in the joints between the wall and (C) profile. Spread out the silicon with a spatula or by finger moistened in a liquid soap. The lower joint between the firmly fixed part of the enclosure and the bath has to be sealed from the outside with silicon as well. Keep the silicon curing for 24 hours!!! When installing a bath enclosure with PEARL screen do not forget to remove protective masking (foil) from the inside.

INSTRUCTION HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT
· We recommend you to clean the product and keep it well. · Enclosures are treated with current cleaning agents for domestic use which do not contain solid particles. · It is imperative to remove the grease out of joints of the hinges and clean them with a current detergent. · Furthermore we recommend you to apply both mineral-jelly or protective glycerin into grooves of sliding rails.

1. Vor dem Beginn der Montage der Wannentrennwand
überprüfen Sie die Befestigung der Wanne und die waagerechte Aufstellung. Auf der Wanne darf keine Schutzfolie an der Stelle für die Montage der Trennwand sein. Wir empfehlen, in die Wanne eine Schutzunterlage (Karton) zu legen.
2. Legen Sie die Profile (C1 und D) an die Wand an der
Stelle für die Befestigung der Trennwand an (5 und 45 mm ) und zwar so, dass sie mit der Trennwand im Winkel von 90 ° übereinstimmen. Markieren Sie die Lage der Bohrungen. Bohren Sie die Löcher Ø 6 mm in die Wand und stecken Sie die Dübel ein. Tragen Sie auf das Profil (C1) eine dünne Silikonschicht auf und schrauben Sie es fest an die Wand. Wiederholen Sie den gleichen Vorgang mit (C2) auf der anderen Wandseite. Das Profil (D) wird bisher nicht montiert.
3. Stecken Sie die Wannentrennwand bis zum Anschlag
ins Profil (C2) ein. Richten Sie die andere Seite mit dem selbstständigen Profil auf das Profil C1 aus und ziehen Sie die Wannentrennwand etwas aus dem Profil (C2) ins Profil (C1) so heraus, dass die Trennwand gleichmäßig in beiden Profilen (C1, C2) eingesteckt werden kann. Führen Sie in den Profilen (C1) und (C2) gemeinsam

mit der Duschtrennwand Bohrungen an drei Stellen mit dem Bohrer Ø 3 mm aus und sichern Sie diese mit den Schrauben ( c). Auf die Schrauben werden dann die Deckkappen aufgesteckt.
4. Tragen Sie auf das Profil (D) eine dünne Silikonschicht
auf und schrauben Sie das Profil fest an die Wand. Stecken Sie ins Profil (D) das Profil mit dem Magnet (E) und ziehen Sie das Profil so heraus, dass es optimal auf dem gegenüberliegenden Magnet der geschlossenen Tür der Trennwand aufsetzt. Bohren Sie die Profile (D) und (E) von innen an drei Stellen (Ø 3 mm) und sichern Sie sie mit den Schrauben (c ). Auf die Schrauben wer den dann die Deckkappen aufgesteckt.
5. Die Fuge zwischen den Profilen (C) der Wand und der
Wanne wird gereinigt (entfettet). In die Fugen zwischen der Wand und den Profilen (C) wird Silikon aufgetragen. Das Silikon wird mit einem Spachtel oder mit dem in flüssiger Seife befeuchteten Finger glattgerieben. Die untere Fuge zwischen dem Teil der Trennwand und der Badewanne auf der Außenseite ist auch mit Silikon abzu dichten. Lassen Sie das Silikon minimal 24 Std. trocknen!!!! Entfernen Sie an der Trennwand der Badewanne mit der Ausfüllung PEARL die Schutzfolie auf der inneren Seite

PFLEGEHINWEISE
· Für eine langlebige Funktion wird empfohlen, das Produkt regelmäßig zu reinigen. · Die Trennwände sollen mit normalen Haushaltsreinigern – die keine Scheuermittel beinhalten – gepflegt werden. · Die Gelenke und Profile sind regelmäßig zu entfetten und mit Surfactant zu reinigen. · Wir empfehlen, die Gelenke mit medizinischem Fett oder mit schützender Glyzerincreme regelmäßig zu schmieren.
