WARNING: DO NOT POUR HOT WATER ONTO THE BATH SUPPORT AS IT MAY RETAIN HEAT. DO NOT ALLOW THE WATER LEVEL TO EXCEED THE BATH SUPPORT. TO PREVENT DROWNING, CHILDREN/INFANTS SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE BATHTUB, WHILE IN OR NEAR WATER. ALWAYS TEST WATER TEMPERATURE AND KEEP CHILDREN/INFANTS WITHIN ARM’S REACH. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.

CHILDREN HAVE DROWNED WHILE USING BATH AIDS. THIS IS NOT A SAFETY DEVICE. ALWAYS KEEP BABY WITHIN ARM’S REACH. NEVER LEAVE BABY IN CARE OF CHILDREN

Set Up:

1. Pull up the backrest until it locks into the sockets
   
2. Lock into desired slot position. There are 3 backrest positions available
   
3. Open and push footrest down until it is fully locked.
   

Folding:

1. Unlock the footrest by squeezing the footrest bars
   
2. Unlock the backrest by pulling the backrest bar out from the slot.
   
   Folding:
3. Pull back backrest support & fold under
   
4. Fold backrest down
   

Removing the fabric:

1. Fold the footrest up by pulling up the footrest bars
   
2. Remove the seat cover from the footrest.
   
3. Unlock the backrest bar out from the socket and fold the cover.
   
4. Remove the seat cover from the backrest
   
   Removing the fabric:
   
5. Unlock backrest support and slide out
   
6. Remove support legs from base by rotating the legs to slide out the slots
   
7. Remove the fabric from the frame.
