Deep Platen Assembly
Product Information: MAREKO Deep Platen Assembly
The MAREKO Deep Platen Assembly is a component designed for use
with a machine. It consists of a Wear Plate and short 1/4 Hex
Bolts.
Wear Plate
The Wear Plate is a durable plate that is used to protect the
Flat Platen of the machine. It is installed using the short 1/4 Hex
Bolts.
Short 1/4 Hex Bolts
The short 1/4 Hex Bolts are used to secure the Wear Plate to the
Flat Platen of the machine. It is important to align the Wear Plate
with the belt on the machine before tightening the bolts.
Please note that overtightening the bolts may strip the threads
in the wear plate, so it is important to tighten them securely but
not excessively.

- Locate the Wear Plate and the short 1/4 Hex Bolts.
- Position the Wear Plate on the Flat Platen of the machine,
aligning it with the belt. - Insert the short 1/4 Hex Bolts through the designated holes on
the Wear Plate and into the Flat Platen. - Tighten the bolts securely using an appropriate tool, ensuring
that the Wear Plate is firmly attached to the Flat Platen. - Be careful not to over-tighten the bolts, as this can strip the
threads in the wear plate. Tighten them securely but not
excessively.
