JY-BC Utility Service Cart
Product Information
The JY-BC model utility cart is a sturdy and durable cart
designed to safely transport items in various settings. The cart
comes with an upper platform, lower platform, legs, castors, and a
handle. The weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to
a properly and completely assembled product only. The cart should
only be used on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of
safely supporting a fully loaded service cart.
Safety Instructions and Precautions
It is important to carefully read all safety instructions and
precautions before using the product to prevent serious injury.
Assembly should be done according to the provided instructions, and
the assembly area should be clean, well-lit, and free of
bystanders. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work
gloves during assembly. Do not assemble when tired or under the
influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. To prevent tipping,
push/pull using the supplied handle only. Use the cart as intended
only and inspect before every use. Do not use if parts are loose or
damaged.
Tool Required for Installation
A Phillips screwdriver and rubber mallet are required for
installation. Note that these tools are not included with the
product.
Parts List
The parts list includes an upper platform (#2), handle (#1),
legs (two left and two right, #4 and #5), lower platform (#3),
castors (#6 and #7), screws and hex nuts (#8, #9, #10).
Assembly Instructions
- Turn the upper platform upright (#2) and install the handle
(#1). - Turn the upper platform assembly upside down and install the
legs (two left and two right, #4 and #5). - Install the lower platform (#3) and castors (#6 and #7).
- Tighten all screws and hex nuts (#8, #9, #10).
- Use the mallet to tap down the parts to ensure they are seated
properly before fastening them with screws.

aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure. Do not exceed capacity of bench or shelf supporting Top Chest. 4. Use only on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded Chest. 5. Do not lift while loaded. 6. To prevent tipping, push/pull using supplied handle only.
