- Download and install the Elgato camera app.
- Mount Facecam on your monitor.
- Alternatively, secure Facecam to your Elgato Multi Mount system via the 1/4-inch thread.
- Remove the privacy cap.
- Connect Facecam directly to a USB 3.0 (or better) port on your PC or Mac – do not use a USB hub.
Only use the supplied USB 3.0 cable (or equivalent/better).
- Clean the lens with a microfiber cloth. Do not use paper towels or detergents.
- Enjoy using Facecam with your favorite streaming and video conferencing apps:
