High-Pressure Solar Water Heater

The High Pressure Solar Water Heater is an environmentally friendly and family-friendly product that is highly efficient and free from hazards, problems, and polluting emissions to the environment. It comes in two installation types: pitched roof and flat roof.

Advantages and Disadvantages

The High Pressure Solar Water Heater is distinguished by its cylinder made of stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and calcification. The insulation layer surrounding the cylinder is made of compressed polyurethane with a thickness of 5 cm, which maintains the temperature up to 72 hours. The outer cylinder is made of weather-resistant steel. The internal heat exchanger or coil is made of stainless steel 316, which maintains the natural water pressure coming from the public network without problems or the need for external additives such as pumps or pressure regulators. This maintains the pressure balance between hot and cold water, providing ease and comfort in use. The heater is controlled by the smart control inside the house, which gives us the temperature and the amount of water inside the solar heater and full control of the electric heater (the back-up system) inside the cylinder through three programs we choose according to our needs.

Pressurized Vacuum Tube Solar Water Heater
The High Pressure Solar Water Heater also has a pressurized vacuum tube solar water heater. The vacuum tube (solar collector) consists of two tubes made of very pure glass, 1.6 mm thick. The outer tube is clear, allowing sunlight to infiltrate easily and with a very low reflection rate because it is cylindrical in shape. Therefore, the sun’s rays fall vertically on the tube at all times. The inner tube is coated with three electrostatic layers. The first layer is metal, which prevents the reflection of infrared rays entering the tube. The second layer is a layer of porcelain that prevents the reflection of solar rays entering the tube. The third layer is a carbon film, which absorbs sunlight. The volume between the two tubes is emptied of air, forming a high-quality insulating layer that ensures the high performance of the tube so that it does not lose the heat absorbed by the sun’s rays. This means that the evacuated tubes can work with high performance.

Product Usage Instructions

The High Pressure Solar Water Heater is easy to install on either a pitched or flat roof. Once installed, the smart control inside the house can be used to set the temperature and amount of water inside the solar heater, as well as control the electric heater backup system.
