Crate: – Remove the metal crate from around the Go-Kart. –
Locate and remove the Owner’s/ Operator’s manual, set up
instructions, and all documentation. Read the manual thoroughly
before starting the Go-Kart for the first time. – Remove all parts
and hardware from the crate and set them aside. Note that some
hardware may already be mounted on the Go-Kart and will need to be
removed and re-attached during assembly. 2. Rear Assembly: –
Attach shocks on each side of the rear assembly using M10 bolts and
Lock Nuts provided. – Install the rear tires on the rear hubs and
secure them with M10 Lock Nuts. Make sure the hub is tight and that
the Cotter Pin is installed. – Snap Rubber Hub Caps onto the hubs.
3. Front Assembly: – Lift the center of the Go-Kart using a
floor jack to install shocks, spindles, and wheels. – Install the
front tires on the front hubs and secure them with M10 Lock Nuts.
Make sure the tires are facing forward. – Torque the Lug Nuts to 29
ft.lbs (40Nm) on all four tires. 4. Seat Installation: –
Attach the Middle protecting pole using M8 X 55 bolts, Concave
Spacers, and Lock Nuts. – Attach the Front protecting pole using M8
X 60 bolts, M8 X 55 bolts, Concave Spacers, and Lock Nuts. – Attach
the Rear guide bar using M8 X 60 bolts and Concave Spacers. –
Tighten all bolts on the rack and Brush Guard assembly. Note: Keep
the bolts loose until the brush guard is completely assembled. 5.
Front Bumper Installation: – Attach the Front Bumper using
M8 X 60 bolts, M8 X 55 bolts, and Lock Nuts. Note: Always fill the
Go-Kart with the correct amount and grade of engine oil as listed
in the Owner’s Manual before starting it. Make sure to read and
understand the Owner’s/ Operator’s Manual for safety, parts,
functions, pre-ride inspection, starting, and maintenance

REMOVAL FROM CRATE
1. Remove metal crate from around Go-Kart.
2. Locate and Remove Owner’s/ Operator’s manual, Set up instructions and all documentation.
Note: Read Owner’s / Operator’s manual thoroughly before starting Go-Kart for the first time.
3. Locate and remove all parts and hardware from crate and set aside.
Note: Some hardware may already be mounted at part locations on the Go-Kart. This hardware will need to be removed then re-attached during assembly.
