of a radon mitigation system. It provides real-time notification
access, historical charts, and IAQ reports for monitoring the radon
levels and other environmental factors.

Features:

  • Primary monitored parameter: Radon activity
  • Secondary monitored parameters: Temperature, humidity, air
pressure, tVOC, eCO2, and mold risk
  • Alarm thresholds: Settable warning and alert thresholds
  • Data recording and reporting: Historical charts and IAQ reports
for daily, weekly, and monthly trends
  • Notification types: Visual and Telemetric (e-mail and/or
    push)
  • Notification access means: Remote and locally
  • Installation location: Directly in occupied, radon mitigated
    living space of choice
  • Power source: 110V standard outlet (should not be on the same
    circuit as mitigation system fan(s))
  • Service parts: None

Other Monitors:

  • Fan pressure monitor: Indirect measurement of mechanical fan
failure only, implied effectiveness of mitigation system
  • Power outage monitor: Filters short term outages that have no
    measurable impact on radon levels

Product Usage Instructions

Follow the instructions below to use the mitigation system
monitoring device effectively:

  1. Select an appropriate location within the occupied, radon
mitigated living space to install the device.
  2. Ensure that the device is plugged into a standard 110V outlet.
Do not connect it to the same circuit as the mitigation system
    fan(s).
  3. Set the desired warning and alert thresholds for alarm
    activation.
  4. Monitor the device for real-time notifications, which can be
    accessed remotely or locally.
  5. Check the historical charts and IAQ reports for daily, weekly,
and monthly trends to assess the effectiveness of the mitigation
    system.

Note: The device does not require any service parts or
