SAFETY & WARNINGS

Read these instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
Refer to “components”, and ensure you have all items.
Before assembling, place all items on a soft, clean, and flat surface such as a carpet to prevent scratches.

ASSEMBLY

Step 1:
Attach the backrest (2) to the seat base (1) using 4 hex bolts (A), spring washers (B), and flat washers (C).

Step 2:

• Attach the legs (4)(5)(6)(7) to the seat base (1) in the position shown below and secure in place using 8 hex bolts (A) and flat washers (C).
•  Tighten the bolts to approximately 80%. Do not fully tighten.

Step 3:
Attach the 4 felt pads (El to the underside of the legs.

Step 4:

• Attach the headrest (3) to the backrest (2).
• Use the Allen key (D) to full tighten the bolts.

Step 5:

Complete!
