Cruiser Head Fj60 Sun Visor Swivel Refresh Kit

• x1 Plastic
• Mount, x1
• Internal locking star washer

INSTRUCTION STEPS

Step One
Remove the Sun Visor mount from your FJ60. Loosen screw ‘A’ then twist the Bracket arm must be rotated as shown to align the shaft locking key with the shaft sleeve. No excessive force should be needed to remove this piece. shaft arm as shown In the picture below to slide out the shaft.

Step Two
Bend off the existing Internal tooth star washer from the shaft and remove the shaft and spring from your original plastic swivel mount.

Step Three
Put assembly into a vise as shown, reusing the existing spring. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN ASSEMBLY. Verify shaft rotational play in the new swivel mount as you tighten the assembly. Overtightening this assembly will cause the swivel mount or the internal locking star washer to break I used a socket to assist in assembling the new swivel mount. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SPRING.

Step Four
Install visor into the truck.
