PRODUCT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure that the treadmill is placed on a flat and stable
   surface.
2. Make sure the power cord is properly connected to a power
   outlet.
3. Adjust the resistance level according to your preference using
   the provided controls.
4. Start by walking or jogging on the curved running surface.
5. Maintain proper posture and engage your core muscles while
   using the treadmill.
6. Gradually increase the speed and intensity of your workout as
   you become comfortable and more experienced.
7. Use the emergency stop button in case of any discomfort or
   emergency situation.
8. After each use, wipe down the treadmill with a clean cloth to
   remove sweat and dirt.
9. Regularly check and tighten any loose screws or parts to ensure
   safe and smooth operation.
