- In case that the hard drive stops running, please pull out the cable from the hard drive or devices. Then the hard drive will automatically restart after secondary connection.
APP Crashes - Solution:
(1) Pls log out’ ‘Photo Bank” app first.
(2) After finish step 1 pls delete ”Photo Bank” app.
(3) Go to Apple Store to download the latest app again.
(4) Make sure that your Apple device system is iOS 13 or above, Android system is 6 or above.
