• Approach tyne at a 90-degree angle.
• Once firmly on tyne, use a rubber mallet to slot the caps onto
  the tip of fork tynes.
• Ensure the tip of the tyne touches inside the back of the
  cap.
• Firmly push them onto the tyne.

• Caps are now ready for use.

• To remove, use a metal rod and mallet to loosen and gently
  remove the caps from fork tyne.

• Keep caps clean by using a cleaning solution.
• Store caps in the protective drawstring bag provided to keep
  them clean and free of contamination (e.g., grease, oil, paint,
  etc).

HOW TO FIT GENIEGRIPS® CAPS

Important: When using the GenieGrips® Caps, licenced forklift drivers must enter the pallet at a 90 degree angle and allow sufficient clearance above and below tyne when entering/ exiting to ensure Cap installation is not compromised.
