Frequently Asked Questions

How do you hook up AU-stream hybrid?

Enter the Bluetooth settings on your device and choose AU-STREAM HB to link them. The earbuds will automatically connect to your device after the initial setup when they are taken out of the charging case.

How do I get both of my earbuds to work?

Look over the settings. Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.

Why is my earbuds only working in one ear?

Headsets may only play in one ear, depending on your audio configuration. Make sure the mono option is turned off in your audio properties by checking them. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well. By selecting the Sounds icon on your computer, Levels, and then Balance, you may verify this.

Why are my earbuds not pairing together?

If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair. Additionally, I’ve discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect. Even if they claim to have some battery left, try plugging them in and giving them a thorough charge before pairing.

Why is only one of my earbuds working wireless?

Your wireless earphones might only work on one side since the initial setup of the earbuds may not have gone smoothly. Other causes include a glitch (which necessitates a manual reset), the necessity to Bluetooth reconnect to your other device, and genuine hardware damage.

How do you sync wireless earbuds to each other?

While simultaneously removing both earbuds from the charging case, wait a short while for them to switch on and establish a connection. If they don’t instantly pair with one another, put them back in the charging case and remove them again at the same time.

How do you fix one wireless earbud not working?

Your source device should first be turned off, then turned back on and reconnected to your headphones. As previously noted, the problem might be fixed by first unpairing your earbuds from the source device and then repairing them.

Why is Bluetooth not finding devices?

Your phone may not be “discoverable” even if Bluetooth is enabled. Therefore, a Bluetooth device that you haven’t yet associated with is unable to view your phone. Open the primary Bluetooth settings to make it visible to other devices. As long as you are on that screen, Android phones continue to be discoverable.

Can wireless earbuds be repaired?

Resoldering damaged electrical connections can restore costly earphones. The procedure is quick and simple.

What is ANC in TWS?

Speakers and microphones are used in Active Noise Cancellation to lessen ambient noise. The most popular kind, these are typically found in over-ear headphones. It is now possible to use technology in truly wireless in-ear earphones since it has shrunk so much and become so battery-efficient.

Is ANC important in TWS?

Since ANC is a tool to help the user focus on the music in an uncomfortable or noisy environment where a typical set of earbuds could make it difficult for the user to listen, it is not counted as one of the differentiators.

Are ANC earbuds worth it?

Yes. This technology will wow you with its powerful effects if you want to safeguard your hearing, lessen ambient distractions, and have a superior audio experience.

Does ANC cancel voices?

Newer ANC headphones perform admirably as noise-isolating headphones as well as actively cancelling lower-frequency sounds. Voices and other higher-pitched noise are significantly muffled by the ear cups’ seal and isolation.
