Safety Instruction
- Wash in warm soapy water before first use.
- Oven safe to 480 °F (249 °C).
- Do not use this product on a grill.
- Do not touch without protection after heating.
- Do not contact with flame directly.
- Do not use sharp cleaning tools after use.
- Allow to air dry, or place in the dishwasher (top rack only) after use.
- Suggested baking time below, to keep food flavor and avoid burnt and smoke risk.

Do not put any candy or syrup on the mat before or after oven cooking. Caramelized sugar is difficult to clean and the mat could be damaged over time.
- Use the mat in oven only. Do not use it on any other types of stoves.
