TCC SQ TILE TEMPLATE

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Use: A template that allows 4” squares to be easily and quickly routed into a ceiling tile. The guide arm helps line the template up with the edge of the tile.
Material: Frame – 16 ga galv, adapter – .125” PVC
Hardware: (2) 8-32 wing nuts, (4) 6-32 flat head screws.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Use (2) 8-32 wing nuts to attach the guide arm to the template base (see image below). Make sure the guide arm is at the desired length.
• Use the guide arm to align the ceiling template and center the location of the cutout.
• When routing out the square, have the outside edge of the depth gauge on cut-out tool run along the inside edge of the PVC router template (see image below).
