POWER DISTRIBUTION BOARDS – DELUXE
HARDWARE FEATURES
Enclosure:
- IP54 rated, powder coated mild steel enclosure with removable gland plate
Protection
- Pad-lockable mains power isolator switch
- Circuit breaker protected low voltage control and input circuitry
- Circuit breakers for individual pump isolation
- Din rail-mounted terminal connections
Control & interface:
- Indicator lights for system enabled, individual pump run and fault
- Selector switch for system enable/disable control
Inputs:
- Single phase (230Vac) or three phases (400Vac) power supply
- 24Vac digital input for float switch
- 1 to 4x 24Vac pump run and fault inputs
Outputs:
- 1 to 4x pump supply outputs
- Master pump/system enable volt free output
- BMS volt-free outputs for individual pump run and fault
- 24Vac output for N.O. solenoid valve (Deluxe+ range only)
Included with the panel:
- Pre-connected power and control cables for each pump

MODIFICATION OPTIONS
- 316 stainless steel enclosure
- Jockey pump/duty pump configuration
- Door mount isolator with interlocking handle
- Tank level meter
FUNCTION FEATURES
- Provides constant power to variable speed drives
- Compatible with many brands of motor mount variable speed drives
- Pump enable/run signal from float switch input
- The system enable/disable switch allows for control circuit pump isolation
- In the event of low rainwater, pump fault, or power failure, the controller de-energizes the valve output, opening the valve for mains water use (Deluxe+ range only)
