Product Information
The Lockly smart lock is a high-tech lock that provides enhanced
security for your doors. It is available in different models to
suit your needs. The lock can be installed on various types of
doors, including front doors, room doors, metal gates, and more. It
is compatible with different types of locks, such as mortise locks,
deadbolt/doorknob locks, and rim locks. The lock is made of durable
materials, including wood/timber, iron/steel/metal, and
glass/aluminum glass.
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by filling up the installation evaluation form available
on Whatsapp. Please visit wa.me/56025020000 to access the
form. - On the form, provide the following information:
- List out the model(s) of the Lockly smart lock you would like
to install. - Select your installation requirements, such as where to install
(e.g., front door, room door), the status of the door (with or
without metal gate), and the type of lock you’re using (mortise
lock, deadbolt/doorknob lock, or rim lock). - Select the material of your door or gate (wooden/timber,
iron/steel/metal, or glass/aluminum glass). - If applicable, provide the thickness of the door and the door
backset. - If there is a door edge on the frame, specify its
thickness. - If you are installing the lock on a door with a metal gate,
provide the distance between the door and the gate. - Submit designated photos as per the photo checklist in the
appendix. Take front view, back view, and side view photos of the
door or gate. Additionally, provide photos of the existing door
lock if applicable.
- List out the model(s) of the Lockly smart lock you would like
- Once you have filled up the form and provided the required
photos, submit it via Whatsapp.
Appendix (I) Photo Checklist
i. Take front view, back view, and side view photos of the door
or gate that you would like to install a Lockly smart lock.
ii. If you have an existing door lock, provide photos of it
(front view, back view, and side view).
