Product Usage Instructions:
- Unpack all parts and refer to the illustration for parts
identification. - Turn off the power at the installation point.
- Unfold the arms of the fixture body.
- Align the hole of the arm (B) with the hole of the base (A) and
secure it with screws (C) using the allen wrench. - Thread the fixture loop (F) onto the nipple at the top of arm
(B). - Carefully place the shade (D) and candle sleeve (E) over the
socket, as shown in the diagram. - Refer to additional installation instructions included with the
product for wiring and installation. - Install proper bulbs to each socket, referring to the markings
and/or labels on the fixture for maximum wattage. Note: Bulbs are
not provided with the product. - Restore power to the installation point and keep this sheet for
future reference.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification. 2. Turn the power to the installation point OFF. 3. Unfold the arms of the fixture body. 4. Align the hole of the arm (B) with the hole of the base (A) and secure it with screws (C) by allen
wrench. 5. Thread the fixture loop (F) onto the nipple at top of arm (B). 6. Carefully place the shade (D) and candle sleeve (E) over the socket, as shown in the diagram. 7. Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and
installation. 8. Install proper bulbs (not provided) to each socket referring to the markings and / or labels on the
fixture for maximum wattage. 9. Restore power to the installation point ON and retain this sheet for future reference.
