INITIAL SEP UP

Please read each step before you attempt to set up. Save these instructions for future reference.


With partner, grasp (2) outer legs, slightly lift off the ground, and step backwards – stopping at full arms’ length approximately 3/4 its total size.	Unfold the canopy top and place it over the open frame. – Align all corners of the canopy top over the corners of the frame.	Secure the canopy top to the frame by attaching the canopy locking strips to the locking strips on the frame. Fully pull the corners down.

SET UP


With partner on opposite side, place your frame in the center of area to be shaded. Grasp (2) outer legs, lift off the ground, and step backwards – stopping at full arms’ length.	Grasp the top and bottom of the truss on opposite sides. PUSH lightly lift canopy up and S hands together while stepping backwards until canopy is fully opened. Be careful not to pinch fingers or push too hard so as to avoid damage to truss.	To engage slider at each corner, first lift the fabric off of the slider. Then, with one hand hold the top of the leg while PUSHING UP the push button slider with other hand the until slider engages. Repeat on center legs

With partner, lift outer legs up & slide out the INNER legs until the . Repeat on opposite legs push button locks into outer legs. – Next, with partner, push button to release and adjust center legs.	Height Adjustment: Press push button lock to release and adjust legs to desired height. Repeat on remaining legs.

TAKE DOWN


With partner, raise & slightly lift up CENTER legs, push button to unlock and telescope inner legs into outer legs. – Next, lift up outer legs and push button to unlock and telescope inner legs into outer legs. Repeat on opposite legs.	Release push button slider at each corner by first lifting fabric away from slider. Push button slider to release slider and unlock from truss. Repeat on center legs. It is much easier to Note: release push button slider when the canopy weight has been removed from the push button sliders.


Grasp the top and bottom of the truss on opposite sides. Slightly lift canopy up and pull hands apart while stepping towards your partner until canopy is 3/4 opened.	With partner on opposite side, grasp (2) outer legs, push frame (slightly and shake canopy) together while stepping towards your ! Be careful not to pinch fingers partner until fully closed. This product is designed as a temporary sun canopy. Do not leave up for extended periods.
Always stake or weigh down your canopy. Do not use in any potentially windy or rainy weather.
Wind and rain can damage your canopy and may also result in injury to you or others. Therefore, do not rely on canopy for protection in heavy or prolonged rain storms.
Use caution when handling the canopy’s frame. Avoid pinching hands or fingers as frame opens or closes.
Do not use canopy in a lightning storm.
Do not leave your canopy unattended.
Do not build fires under canopy.
Do not USE FOR VEHICLE STORAGE.

PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE:

For long lasting durability and the best possible protection for your canopy, follow these care & maintenance instructions:

Use a mild soap (not detergent) and plenty of water for top cleaning.
Let the canopy top and frame dry completely before closing or storing to avoid mildew.
The canopy frame will operate and look better if occasionally wiped with silicone spray, especially before and after use in damp conditions. Remove excess silicone residue before attaching top.
Slightly tighten bolts if frame becomes loose.

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Z-Shade Co. Ltd., manufacturer of the product, warrants to the original purchaser who provides a dated sales receipt from an Authorized Dealer, each part of the Z-Shade product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the date of original purchase. The frame is covered under a limited two (2) year warranty and guarantees the frame to be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer.
Z-Shade Co. Ltd. obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product or its parts, after a review and examination of a submitted warranty claim.
Do not dispose of the shelter or any part of a shelter while claim is under review.

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
