US28000 Core EZ Drilling

Product Information

The Core EZ is a portable coring system designed for drilling
anchor holes and mounting core bits. It features a W24-230 9 Metabo
Grinder as its motor and has a capacity to hold 3 to 10 core bits
(not included). The system operates on 115V electrical requirements
with a minimum of 15 amps. The dimensions of the system are 24 x 17
x 11 inches, and it weighs 65 lbs.

The Core EZ stands out from other coring systems with its unique

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Mark Center of Core & Drill Anchor Hole

1. Mark the center of the desired core location.
2. Drill an anchor hole at the marked center using an appropriate
   drill bit.

Step 2: Anchor Pin & Mount Guide Post

1. Insert the anchor pin into the anchor hole.
2. Mount the guide post onto the anchor pin, ensuring a secure
   fit.

Step 3: Mount Core Bit Assembly

1. Attach the hex core bit tube to the grinder coupling.
2. Slide the assembled core bit onto the guide post, aligning it
   with the anchor pin.

Step 4: Mount Gearbox

1. Attach the gearbox to the grinder coupling.
2. Ensure a secure connection between the gearbox and the core bit
   assembly.
