a. When the red and blue light flash at the same time, it indicates that there is a metal object on top of the wireless charger. This imposes risks of overheating the foreign metal object.
b. If the signaling light is off, please check if the power cord is correctly plugged in.
c. Avoid looking directly at the LED lights

e. This product can operate in temperatures between 0 and 40oC.
