Introduction
TVIUTP4 is a 4-port video balun that uses twisted-pair cables to send HD-TVI up to 820’ (250M), with upto 5MP resolution.
Features
- HD-TVI Resolution up to 5MP
- HD-TVI Signal extension up to 820’ (250M) over UTP CAT5e/6 depending on resolution and cable quality.
- Also supports AHD, HD-CVI, and standard analog
- Male BNC to terminal block design.
- No power required.
- Built-in ESD, EFT (impulse noise) and transient protection.

Cable
Use high quality CAT5e UTP or CAT6 UTP cable. Refer to the distance chart for how long this cable can be run. The distance may be affected by the quality of cable, camera, recorder, etc.
Caution
- The cabling must be kept away from any equipment with an electromagnetic wave, i.e.: microwaves, radio equipment, high voltage, etc.
- Must use same video format camera to avoid any interference.
