KSW Series Electric Sauce Warmers

Product Information

The Electric Sauce Warmers are part of the KSW Series
manufactured by Hatco Corporation. These warmers are designed to
keep sauces warm for serving. The models in the KSW Series
include:

• KSW-1
• KSW-2
• KSW-3

The product comes with a Replacement Parts List that includes
the following items:

The product also includes Wiring Diagrams for each model in the
KSW Series.

The Specification Label, located on the bottom of the unit,
contains important information about the specific model and
electrical specifications. This information is necessary for
identifying the correct replacement parts.

It is important to note that using replacement parts other than
those supplied by Hatco Corporation may result in damage to the
unit or injury to personnel, and will void all warranties.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Locate the Specification Label on the bottom of the unit to
   determine the exact Model Name and electrical specifications.
2. Refer to the exploded view illustration(s) in the user manual
   to find the location of the Specification Label.
3. Use the information on the Specification Label to identify the
   correct replacement parts from the Replacement Parts List.
4. Ensure that only replacement parts supplied by Hatco
   Corporation are used to maintain the integrity of the unit and
   preserve any warranties.
5. Follow the Wiring Diagrams provided in the user manual for the
   specific model (KSW-1, KSW-2, or KSW-3) for any wiring-related
   tasks.
6. For general usage, plug in the Power Cord with Plug into a
   suitable electrical outlet.
7. Turn on the Rocker On/Off Switch to activate the warmer.
8. Adjust the temperature using the Knob, Thermostat according to
   the desired heat level for the sauce.
9. Ensure that the Circuit Breaker is in proper working condition
   to prevent any electrical issues.
10. If necessary, attach the Legs to the unit using the Screws, Leg
    for stability.
