Product Information: SGLM2822MBK

SGLM2822MBK is a ceiling light fixture manufactured by Quoizel.
It comes with a black frame surface and has a contemporary design.
The fixture includes a socket assembly, a center rod, two 12L rods,
two 6L rods, a crossbar assembly, an AC ceiling canopy, a ring, 39
Mica sheets (including a replacement Mica sheet), 39 clasp G
(including a replacement clasp), three wire connectors, and two
outlet box screws. The fixture is recommended for use with 60W
bulbs with a candelabra (E12) bulb base type and bulb shape type
B.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Before beginning installation, turn off electricity at the
   circuit breaker box or the main fuse box to avoid the risk of
   electric shock.
2. Read and understand the entire manual before attempting to
   assemble, install or operate the product for safety purposes.
3. Use bulbs specified by the markings and/or labels on the
   fixture to avoid the risk of fire.
4. If in doubt about electrical installation, consult a licensed
   electrician.
5. Turn off electricity to fixture before replacing the
   bulb(s).
6. Clean the fixture using a soft, dry cloth or static duster.
   Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean the fixture as
   they may damage the finish.
7. Install the ring to socket assembly.
8. Install rods. For an 8 feet ceiling, use two 12L rods. For a 9
   feet ceiling, use two 6L rods and two 12L rods.
9. Install the ceiling canopy to upper rod.
10. Wiring: connect the white wire from the supply to the white
    wire on the fixture. Connect the black (or red) wire from the
    supply to the black wire on the fixture. Connect the ground wire
    from the supply to the green ground screw.
11. Install the ceiling canopy to crossbar assembly. For angled
    ceilings, swivel opening towards the wall.
12. Install Mica sheets. The black frame surface should be
    outside.
13. Install bulbs. Install four correct bulbs referring to fixture
    markings and/or labels for maximum wattage. The fixture is
    recommended for use with 60W bulbs with a candelabra (E12) bulb
    base type and bulb shape type B.
14. Restore electricity and save the sheet for future
    reference.

INSTALLATION
1 Install Ring to Socket Assembly
2 Install Rods
