Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the plug of the lamp is fully inserted into a
   polarized outlet. If it does not fit, reverse the plug or contact a
   qualified electrician.
2. Before replacing the bulb, disconnect power to the lamp and
   allow the bulb to cool down.
3. Avoid placing curtains or other combustible materials in
   contact with the lamp to reduce the risk of fire.
4. If using the hardwire version (STY-91WSPT Hardwire / Connexion
   directe), follow the applicable installation code by a person
   familiar with the construction and operation of the product.
5. For warranty claims, contact the factory directly in writing at
   [email protected]. Include a copy of your purchase invoice and
   describe the defect. A factory representative will get in touch
   with you regarding further action.
6. If any hardware or glass is missing or broken, contact the
   factory directly in writing at [email protected]. The missing
   or broken parts will be shipped to you on the same day of receipt
   of your email (weekends excluded).

If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet reverse the plug. If it still does not fit contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Please do not defeat this safety feature.
