Intended Use: The Stirrup Clamp is designed to
hold operating room accessories on a surgical table. It is
primarily used together with the Great White Stirrups.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Become familiar with the features of the Stirrup Clamp before
   using it with a patient. Practice using it on a nurse, physician,
   or appropriate volunteer prior to using it clinically.
2. To attach the clamp to the side rail:
   1. Place the clamp on the rail with the flat bottom in the down
      position.
   2. Push the clamp down on the rail until it attaches
      securely.
   3. Turn the handle clockwise to lock the clamp in position.
3. To detach the clamp from the side rail:
   1. Unlock the clamp by turning the handle counterclockwise.
   2. Slide the clamp away from the standoffs.
   3. Push the top of the clamp down with your thumb until it
      releases from the rail.
   4. Grab the handle and lift the clamp from the side rail.
4. User Notice: Any serious incident related to
   the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent
   authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is
   established.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance:
   1. Follow proper cleaning and disinfection procedures according to
      hospital protocols and guidelines.
   2. Apply cleaning fluid liberally to the entire accessory and wipe
      it with a clean, lint-free cloth until all moisture and cleaning
      fluid are removed.
   3. Allow the accessory to dry before storage or reuse.

Stirrup Clamp is spring-loaded and attaches anywhere along surgical table’s side rail. Accepts 1″ x 1/4″ (2.5 cm x .64 cm) flat bar mounting post. Holds all accessories in vertical position.

Attaching to Side Rail 1. Place clamp on rail so flat bottom is in down position 2. Push clamp down on rail until it attaches to the rail. 3. Secure clamp by turning handle clockwise to locked position
Detaching from Side Rail 1. Unlock clamp by turning handle counterclockwise and remove accessory 2. Slide clamp away from standoffs, then push top of clamp down with thumb until it releases from rail,
