Installation steps

Eexercise
Kneeling position (suitable for novices and women)
Primary:
Each stretch should be repeated approx. seven times and the exercise repeated on a regular basis until you feel ready to move to the intermediate stage.
Intermediate:
Each stretch should be repeated approx. ten times, after 20 consecutive days you can move to the advanced stage.

Advanced:
Each stretch should be repeated approx. twelve times, three sets a day are recommended, the length of time is not limited.
