Product Information

The product is a flush-mount speaker designed for PA systems
operating with a 100 V technique. It features a one-piece plastic
design, a high-quality polypropylene cone, and a rubber surround,
making it protected against splash water and suitable for outdoor
installation (IP rating of housing: IP 44).

1. Read the instructions carefully prior to installation and keep
   them for later reference.
2. For outdoor installation, insert a suitable sealing material
   between the speaker and the mounting surface to prevent moisture
   from entering.
3. Fasten the speaker using the supplied mounting screws.
4. Make the electrical connection following the steps below:

1. If the PA system is switched on, switch it off completely
   before connecting the speaker.
2. Connect the speaker via the terminal:

Note: When connecting multiple speakers, ensure
that all speakers have the same polarity (e.g., black core =
negative pole).

Warning: During operation, there is a hazard of
contact with a dangerous voltage of up to 100 V at the speaker
cable. Installation must be carried out by skilled personnel only.
Observe the load of the PA amplifier to prevent damage.

Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Installateure mit Fachkenntnissen in der 100-V-Beschallungstechnik. Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor der Installation gründlich durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.
1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten Dieser ELA-Lautsprecher ist speziell für den Einsatz in ELA-Anlagen konzipiert, die mit 100-V-Technik arbeiten. Durch die einteilige Kunststoffausführung, die hochwertige Polypropylen-Membran und die Gummisicke ist er unempfindlich gegen Spritzwasser und lässt sich auch im Außenbereich einsetzen (Gehäuseschutzart: IP 44).
2 Wichtige Hinweise Der Lautsprecher entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und trägt deshalb das -Zeichen. · Schützen Sie den Lautsprecher vor extremen Tempe-
raturen (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich: -30 °C bis +40 °C).
· Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes, oder
angefeuchtetes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall aggressive Reinigungsmittel oder Chemikalien.
· Wird der Lautsprecher zweckentfremdet, nicht fach-
gerecht angeschlossen oder überlastet, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für den Lautsprecher übernommen werden.
Soll der Lautsprecher endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen werden, entsorgen Sie ihn gemäß den örtlichen Vorschriften.

These instructions are intended for installers with specific knowledge of 100 V technology for PA applications. Please read the instructions carefully prior to installation and keep them for later reference.
1 Applications This PA speaker is specially designed for application in PA systems operating with a 100 V technique. Due to the one-piece plastic design, the high-quality polypropylene cone and the rubber surround, the speaker is protected against splash water and therefore also suitable for outdoor installation (IP rating of housing: IP 44).
2 Important Notes The speaker corresponds to all relevant directives of the EU and is therefore marked with . · Protect the speaker against extreme temperatures
(admissible ambient temperature range: -30 °C to +40 °C).
· For cleaning only use a soft cloth, dry or slightly
damp; never use chemicals or aggressive detergents.
· No guarantee claims for the speaker and no liability
for any resulting personal damage or material damage will be accepted if the speaker is used for other purposes than originally intended, if it is not correctly connected or if it is overloaded.
If the speaker is to be put out of operation definitively, dispose of the speaker in accordance with local regulations.

1 Possibilités d’utilisation Ce haut-parleur Public Adress est spécialement conçu pour une utilisation dans des installations de sonorisation Public Adress fonctionnant en ligne 100 V. Grâce au design plastique monobloc, à la membrane polypropylène de grande qualité et à la suspension caoutchouc, il est insensible aux éclaboussures et peut être placé en extérieur (indice de protection : IP 44).
2 Conseils importants Le haut-parleur répond à toutes les directives nécessaires de l’Union Européenne et porte donc le symbole . · Protégez le haut-parleur des températures extrêmes

· Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement un chiffon

· Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dom-
mages matériels ou corporels résultants si le hautparleur est utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour lequel il a été conçu, s’il n’est pas correctement branché ou s’il y a surcharge ; en outre, la garantie deviendrait caduque.
Lorsque le haut-parleur est définitivement retiré du service, éliminez-le conformément aux directives locales.

3 Montage 1) In die Decke oder Wand ein entsprechend großes
Loch sägen (siehe technische Daten).
2) Den elektrischen Anschluss herstellen (Kapitel 4).
3) Bei der Installation im Außenbereich entsprechendes Dichtungsmaterial zwischen Lautsprecher und Montagefläche einsetzen, damit keine Feuchtigkeit ins Innere gelangt. Den Lautsprecher mit den beiliegenden Montageschrauben festschrauben.

4 Elektrischer Anschluss

WARNUNG Beim Betrieb liegt berührungsgefährliche Spannung bis 100 V an der Lautsprecherleitung an. Die Installation darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen.
Achten Sie auf die Belastung des ELA-Verstärkers durch die Lautsprecher. Eine Überlastung kann den Verstärker beschädigen! Die Summe der Leistungen aller angeschlossenen Lautsprecher darf die Verstärkerleistung nicht überschreiten.

Falls die ELA-Anlage eingeschaltet ist, diese zuerst komplett ausschalten!
Den Lautsprecher über die Anschlussklemme anschließen: Die schwarze Ader und eine der anderen farbigen Adern, die der gewünschten Nennbelastung entspricht, mit dem Ausgang des ELA-Verstärkers verbinden.

Beim Anschluss von mehreren Lautsprechern darauf achten, dass die Lautsprecher alle gleich gepolt werden (z. B. schwarze Ader = Minuspol).
Änderungen vorbehalten.

3 Mounting 1) Saw a hole of the required size into the ceiling or
wall (see specifications).
2) Make the electrical connection (chapter 4).
3) For outdoor installation of the speaker, insert a suitable sealing material between the speaker and the mounting surface so that no moisture will get inside. Fasten the speaker by means of the mounting screws supplied.

4 Electrical Connection

WARNING During operation, there is a hazard of contact with a dangerous voltage of up to 100 V at the speaker cable. Installation must be carried out by skilled personnel only.
Observe the load of the PA amplifier by the speakers. An overload may damage the amplifier! The total power of all speakers connected must not exceed the amplifier power.

If the PA system is switched on, switch it off completely before connecting it!
Connect the speaker via the terminal: Connect the black core and one of the coloured cores corresponding to the desired power rating to the output of the PA amplifier.

When connecting several speakers, make sure that all speakers have the same polarity (e. g. black core = negative pole).

3 Montage 1) Découpez dans le plafond ou le mur un trou de dimen-
sions adéquates (voir caractéristiques techniques).
2) Effectuez les branchements électriques (chapitre 4).
3) Lors de l’installation en extérieur, placez un matériau d’étanchéité correspondant entre le haut-parleur et la surface de montage pour éviter que l’humidité ne pénètre à l’intérieur. Vissez le haut-parleur avec les vis de montage livrées.

4 Branchement électrique
AVERTISSEMENT Pendant le fonctionnement, une tension de contact dangereux jusqu’à 100 V est présente au câble hautparleur. Seul un personnel qualifié peut effectuer les branchements.
Faites attention à la charge de l’amplificateur Public Adress par les haut-parleurs. Une surcharge peut endommager l’amplificateur! La somme des puissances de l’ensemble des haut-parleurs reliés ne doit pas dépasser la puissance de l’amplificateur.
Si l’installation Public Adress est allumée, veillez à la débrancher totalement !
Reliez le haut-parleur via la borne de branchement : reliez le conducteur noir et un des autres conducteurs de couleur correspondant à la puissance nominale souhaitée, à la sortie de l’amplificateur Public Adress.

Queste istruzioni sono rivolte agli installatori che possiedono delle conoscenze specifiche della tecnica di sonorizzazione a 100 V. Vi preghiamo di leggerle attentamente prima dell`installazione e di conservarle per un uso futuro.
1 Possibilità d’impiego Questo altoparlante PA è stato realizzato specialmente per l’impiego in impianti PA che lavorano con uscita audio 100 V. Grazie alla versione in monoscocca di plastica, alla membra di qualità di polipropilene e ai corrugamenti di gomma resiste agli spruzzi d’acqua e è adatto anche per l’uso all’esterno (grado di protezione IP: IP 44).
2 Avvertenze importanti L’altoparlante è conforme a tutte le direttive rilevanti dell’UE e pertanto porta la sigla . · Proteggere l’altoparlante da temperature estreme
(temperatura d’impiego ammessa: -30 °C a +40 °C)
· Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto o
leggermente inumidito; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o detergenti aggressivi.
· Nel caso d’uso improprio, di collegamenti sbagliati o
di sovraccarico dell’altoparlante, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per lo strumento.
Se l’altoparlante deve essere messo definitivamente fuori servizio, smaltire l’altoparlante in conformità con le normative locali.

3 Montaggio 1) Praticare un foro adeguato nella parete o nel soffitto
(vedi dati tecnici).
2) Effettuare il collegamento elettrico (capitolo 4).
3) Nel caso di installazione all’esterno, inserire del materiale impermeabilizzante fra l’altoparlante e la zona di montaggio per escludere che l’umidità entri nell’altoparlante. Avvitare l’altoparlante bene con le viti di montaggio in dotazione.

4 Collegamento elettrico

AVVERTIMENTO Durante il funzionamento, nel cavo per gli altoparlanti è presente una tensione fino a 100 V, pericolosa in caso di contatto. L’installazione deve essere fatta solo da persone qualificate.
Tener presente anche la potenza dell’amplificatore rispetto agli altoparlanti. Un sovraccarico può danneggiare l’amplificatore! La somma delle potenze di tutti gli altoparlanti collegati non deve superare la potenza dell’amplificatore.

Spegnere completamente l’impianto PA se è stato acceso!
Collegare l’altoparlante per mezzo dell’apposita morsettiera: collegare il conduttore nero più un altro conduttore colorato che corrisponda alla potenza nominale desiderata con l’uscita dell’amplificatore PA.

Estas instrucciones van dirigidas a instaladores con conocimientos específicos sobre la tecnología de 100 V en aplicaciones para megafonía. Lea atentamente estas instrucciones antes de la instalación y guárdelas para usos posteriores.
1 Aplicaciones Este altavoz para megafonía está especialmente adecuado para sistemas de megafonía que trabajan con technología de 100 V. Diseñado como una pieza sola de plástico y gracias a su membrana polipropileno de gran calidad y su reborde de goma, el altavoz es insensible a las salpicaduras y se puede utilizar en el exterior (grado de protección IP: IP 44).
2 Notas importantes El altavoz cumple con todas las directivas relevantes de la UE y por lo tanto está marcado con el símbolo . · Proteja el altavoz de las temperaturas extremas (rango
de temperatura ambiente admisible: -30 °C a +40 °C).
· Utilice sólo un paño suave y seco, o levemente hú-
medo, para la limpieza; no utilice nunca ni productos químicos ni detergentes agresivos.
· No podrá reclamarse garantía o responsabilidad al-
guna por cualquier daño personal o material resultante si el altavoz se utiliza para otros fines diferentes a los originalmente concebidos, si no se conecta correctamente o si se sobrecarga.
Si el altavoz se va a dejar fuera de servicio definitivamente, deshágase del altavoz según las normativas locales.

3 Instalación 1) Haga un agujero de montaje de dimensiones adecua-
das en el techo o en la pared (ver Especificaciones).
2) Efectúe la conexión eléctrica (apartado 4).
3) Para la instalación en el exterior, ponga material estanco apropiado entre el altavoz y la superficie de montaje para evitar que la humedad entre en el interior. Atornille el altavoz con los tornillos de montaje entregados.

4 Conexión eléctrica

ADVERTENCIA Durante el funcionamiento, hay peligro de contacto con un voltaje peligroso de hasta 100 V en el cable de altavoz. Sólo un técnico debe realizar la instalación.
Preste atención a la carga del amplificador de megafonía con los altavoces. ¡Una sobrecarga podría dañar el amplificador! La carga total de todos los altavoces conectados no puede exceder la potencia del amplificador.

Si el sistema de megafonía está encendida, apáguelo completamente.
Utilice el terminal de conexión para conectar el altavoz: Conecte el conductor negro y uno de los otros conductores coloridos que corresponde a la potencia nominal deseada a la salida del amplificador de megafonía.

1 Zastosowanie Niniejszy glonik przeznaczony jest do pracy w systemach 100 V. Dziki plastikowej konstrukcji, wysokiej jakoci membranie wykonanej z polipropylenu oraz gumowemu zawieszeniu, glonik jest chroniony przeciw zalaniu. Pozwala to na montowanie go w warunkach zewntrznych (klasa szczelnoci obudowy: IP 44).

4 Polczenie Elektryczne

UWAGA Podczas pracy glonika pomidzy kocówkami kabla glonikowego wystpuje niebezpiecznie wysokie napicie 100 V. Instalacja moe by przeprowadzana jedynie przez odpowiednio wyszkolony do tego celu personel.
Naley zwróci uwag na odpowiedni dobór mocy gloników do mocy wzmacniacza. Przecienie moe spowodowa uszkodzenie wzmacniacza PA! Sumaryczna moc wszystkich podlczonych gloników nie moe przekracza mocy wzmacniacza.

Jeeli system PA jest wlczony naley wylczy go calkowicie przed dokonywaniem jakichkolwiek polcze!
Naley podlczy sygnal 100 V wychodzcy ze wzmacniacza: Podlczy czarny przewód oraz jeden z kolorowych przewodów odpowiadajcych mocy do linii wyjciowej 100 V wzmacniacza PA.
