components. It is packed with bubble wrap and thickening cartons to
ensure protection during long-distance transportation. However,
there may still be bumps or damages that can occur during transit.
In such cases, the user can use paste and nail polish to cover the
bumps for aesthetic purposes. If there are any damages to the parts
during transportation, the user should provide pictures of the
damage to the service for assistance.
The brake of the bicycle is adjusted before it leaves the
factory. However, due to long-distance transportation, some brakes
may require adjustment. In such cases, the user can contact the
service for guidance on adjusting the brake themselves.
The tires of the bicycle are prone to bursting during summer due
to the expansion and contraction of rubber with heat and cold. This
is not a quality issue. Before inflating a new tire, it is
important to check if the inner tire lies in the right place
according to the tire and lies in the lacuna between the tire and
the rim. Inflation should be done under the limited pressure marked
on the tires.
The damper of the fork is designed to provide a certain level of
softness. It is important to note that a softer damper may absorb
too much strength from the rider. The damper of a bike is different

Product Usage Instructions
1. Front Fork Assembly
- The front fork of the bicycle should be facing the forward
direction. - If the bicycle has a fork with pliers brake, ensure that the
pliers brake is in front of the fork. - Adjust the stem until it is facing the forward direction.
- If the bicycle has a fork with disc brake, ensure that it is
facing the forward direction. - The disc brake should be on the left side of the bike, same as
the rear wheel disc brake. - Adjust the stem until it is facing the forward direction.
2. Installation of Quick Release Bubs on the Front Wheel
Method 2-a:
- Release the guard rod.
- Release the plastic cover.
- Put the front wheel into the installing groove of the
fork. - Install the quick release lever in the center of hubs.
Method 2-b:
- Release the guard rod mounted on the fork.
- Loosen the screw nuts on both sides of the hubs.
- Put the front wheel into the installing groove of the
fork.
3. Installation and Adjustment of Disc Brake
- Tighten the screws of the quick release lever.
- Close the shafts and move to the quick release lever leg.
- Ensure that the shaft is installed right over the salient
point. - Fix the disc brake on the front fork and tighten the
screws. - If there is any friction, loosen screw A and B to fine-tune the
position of the disc brake.
Note: The working principle of the side-brake is the same as
scissors.
About the assembling
85% of the bicycle from the bike leave the factory are half-finished products, some of the important parts (as the handlebar, pedals, saddle and front tire) need you to assemble according to your requirement. When you finish the assembling of the bicycle, please check the bicycle in case that the screws loosen or other informal assembling causing the damage to the bicycle and your safety. About the bump
Our packing is with the bubble and the thickening cartons. However, the bump doesn’t avoid completely in the long-distance transportation. When it happens, you can use the paste and the nail polish to cover the bump which can’t in fluent the beauty. If there is damage on the parts during the transportation, please offer the pictures about the damage to the service.
About the adjustment of the brake
We have adjusted the brake before the products leave the factory. Some of the brake may need to test after the long-distance transportation. Under this circumstance, you can contact the service and have the brake adjusted by yourself under our guidance.
About the tire burst
The tire is easy to burst during the summer because of the character of rubber expending with heat and contracting with cold. that is not the problem of the quality. Before you inflate a brand new tire, please check whether the inner lies the whether the inner tire lies the right place according the tire and lies in the lacuna between the tire and the rim. Inflate the tube under the limited pressure which is marked on the tires (normally 35-40 PSI for MIB, and 90-110 PSI for Road bicycle.
About the damper of the fork

Release the guard rod.
Release plastic cover. Put front wheel into installing groove of the fork.
Quick release lever should be installed in the center of hubs.
Release the guard rod mounted on the fork.
The screw nuts is what you loosen where is the shaft both side of hubs.

3Install and debug disc brake
Tighten screws of quick release lever.
Close shafts and move to quick release lever leg.
Shaft should be installed right over salient point.
Fix the disc brake on the front fork and then tighten the screws.
Please loosen the screw A and B so that you can fine tune the position of the disc brake if there is any friction.
Working principle of side-brake as the same as scissors.
The brake assembly is expendable and will be lighter if used over time,so you need to rotate the screw counterclockwise. New brake components can also be replaced.
4Installation method of handle bars and stem
If one side of the brake frictions rim, as same time the other side of brake has large gap between rims , you need to move wrench to the side of the large gap until the gap on both sides can be the same.
Fix the B brake on the front fork and then tighten the screws.
Please loosen the Screw on picture for adjusting the brake shoe, to make sure it parallel to the rim side, then tighten the screws.
Put stem in the right place and move forward.
Please remove the cover.
Cover to secure handlebars.
Tighten the brake wire fixing screws as picture.
Adjust the V brake position by turning the side screws as picture.
Check the two-side brake shoes position after adjusting.
The handlebars can not turn when fixed.
Tighten the screws numerically after handlebar have adjusted.
Please do not be surprised if there is any gap between stem and the bike body.
5Installation method of left and right pedals
Caution!
In the process of pedal; installation, please read the instructions carefully if pedals tilts or installation process is uncomfortable. The pedals can be installed easily after aligning the thread position. Don’t force to install it if any proper. Please take the pedal out and re-adjust it before operation. Welcome contact customer service directly if any cross tighten screws, but don’t screw it too tight.
The letter R stands for right pedal The letter L stands for left pedal.

Adjustment of chains and derailleur
1(a). The screw H needs to be tightened (1/4 turn each time) if the chain falls to the right side when high-speed position, until the derailleur lever is directly under the high speed position. 1(b). The screw H needs to be unscrewed (1/4 turn each time) if the chain cannot move to high-speed position, until the derailleur lever is directly under the high speed position. 2(a).The screw L needs to be tightened (1/4 turn each time) if the chain falls to the left side when low-speed position, until the derailleur lever is directly under the low speed position. 2(b). The screw L needs to be unscrewed (1/4 tum each time) if the chain falls to the left side when low-speed position, until the derailleur lever is directly under the low speed position.

Please adjust screws L and H when it is difficult to control the derailleur. Please look around the transmission screw to check H and L if derailleur has different from the picture.
When change speeds, the L should be rotated clockwise if the chains have separated from the internal test pinion. The H rotates clockwise if the chains have to be detached from the big gear outside.
Rear derailleur controls six teethes, and it is necessary to maintenance as usually.
Adjust screw L and H when you hard to control speed . please look around the transmission screw to check the L and H if derailleur has different from the picture.
In the process of changing speed, the screw H rotated clockwise if the chain have separated from the internal test pinion. Please turn screw L clockwise if the chain have to be detached from the big gear outside.

2. The maintenance of the break system
The break system has big influence on rider’s safety, so it’s important maintain that. Not only does the flexibility do the system need test always, the friction condition of the break and the place with the rim need test also. The place between the two sides of the rim should keep 2-3mm. Every break block has two grooves and if the groove is fricted seriously that it need to be changed to keep the flexibility of the brake and the safety.
3. The maintenance of the three sets axle
The axles need to be maintained usually. Generally speaking, a bike run for 100, 00km or for 1 year, it needs to change the grease to maintain the axle. Meantime, you should need to check the friction of the steel ball and the axle crosspiece. Changing that is also necessary. Please don’t add the engine oil to the axles.
4.The maintenance of the line of the break and the transmission
There’s always the pipe in the line of break and the transmission It’s not avoidable that much ash and dirty go into it. The rainwater also can inflow it and that can rust the line. You need to extract the line and paint the grease on it and put it back. It is better to grease the line within 2 years.
5.The maintenance of the tire
(1)The inflation must be appropriate.
(2)The tire can’t exposed to the burning sun and the water, otherwise, the tire may be aging-ed and degenerated.
(3)Keep the tire away the salt, acid, alkali and oil. Especially when add the lubricant to the parts, avoiding let it down to the tire,which may cause the tire degenerated.
(4)When the tire has been used for a long time, it’s better to exchange the front and the rear tire. The left and the right side also need to exchange. In this way, the both tire and their every side can take the equal stress and can be used for longer time.
