The operational safety and function of the device can only be guaranteed if the safety instructions in this user manual are observed. This exercise equipment is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before you assemble or operate your machine. In particular, note the following safety precautions:
BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR INDIVIDUALS OVER THE AGE OF 35 OR PERSONS WITH PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEMS. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT. WE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY OR THROUGH ! THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

• Never use the equipment in any other manner than described in these instructions and any wall chart supplied.
• This product is intended for home use only and is not suitable for commercial use.
• Always check the equipment before use. Replace defective components immediately and keep the equipment out of use until is it repaired.
• Never drop freely. This may damage the product or cause injury to user.
• Ensure you warm up before using the equipment, as this will prevent muscle strain.
• Always wear suitable clothing and footwear e.g. tracksuit, shorts, training shoes.
• Remove all jewelry before exercising.
• A spotter is recommended during exercise.
• The equipment should only be used by one person at a time.
• Ensure the equipment has adequate space on each side.
• Use only the adjustment settings as described in the instructions.
• After eating, allow 1-2 hours before exercising.
• Incorrect or excessive training may result to injuries to health.
• If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the workout. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
• Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times. DO NOT leave children unattended in the same room with the equipment.
• Parents and others in charge of children should be aware of their responsibility, because the natural play instinct and the fondness of experimenting of children can lead to situations and behavior, for which the equipment is not intended.
• The equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
• Place the unit on a level surface. As an extra protection for floors or carpets, it is recommended to place a protective cover under the appliance. It is also important that the surface is dry.
• This list is not exhaustive – You are responsible for your own safety!

MAINTENANCE / CARE

• Store the equipment in a dry environment. It should not be stored outdoors, in a garage or outbuilding.
• Always check the equipment before use. Replace defective components immediately and keep the equipment out of use until is it repaired.
• Use a warm damp cloth to keep the equipment clean.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Step 1
Take the handle bar and choose one side of the handle to start with.

Step 2
Slide the 2.5kg plate (bigger plate) in.

Step 3
Slide the 1.25kg plate (smaller plate) in.

Step 4
Lock the plates securely by the star collar.

Step 5
Follow the same procedure to lock the plates at the other side of the handle. Make sure that the weight of the plates on both sides are the same.
Step 6 Optional
For a training with a long handle, just connect both handle bars with the connector.
