Product Information:
The product is a fixture that requires mounting and glass
installation. It comes with a mounting plate (A), a canopy (B), a
junction box (J), screws (C and D), electrical wires, and a glass
(1) with a threaded socket cover (2), a steel cover (3), a spacer
(3), and a socket ring (2). The product is manufactured by LARK and
the item number is 83533.
Product Usage Instructions:
1. Find a clear area to work in and unpack the fixture and glass
from the carton.
2. Review the instructions carefully before starting the
assembly.
Mounting Instructions:
1. To begin installation, release the mounting plate (A) from
the canopy (B) by removing the two canopy screws (C).
2. Secure the mounting plate (A) to the junction box (J) using
two screws (D) that are not provided with the product.
3. Make electrical connections using IS-18 instructions
provided.
4. Tuck in the electrical wires and secure the canopy (B) to the
mounting plate (A) using the previously removed screws (C).
SAFETY WARNING: Read wiring and grounding
instructions (IS 18) and any additional directions. Turn off the
power supply during installation. If new wiring is required,
consult a qualified electrician or local authorities for code
requirements.
Glass Installation Instructions:
1. To install the glass (1), first remove the threaded socket
cover (2) and steel cover (3) from the socket (S) – See Drawing
2.
2. Slip the glass (1) over the socket and hold it in
position.
3. Slip the spacer (3) over the socket and thread on the socket
ring (2) until snug to secure the glass.

Tuck in electrical wires and secure canopy (B) to mounting plate (A) using the previously removed screws (C)
SAFETY WARNING: READ WIRING AND GROUNDING INSTRUC-TIONS (IS 18) AND ANY ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS. TURN POWER SUPPLY OFF DURING INSTALLATION. IF NEW WIRING IS REQUIRED, CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR LOCAL AUTHORITIES FOR CODE REQUIREMENTS.
Make electrical connections from supply wire to fixture lead wires. Refer to instruction sheet (IS 18) and follow all instructions to make all necessary wiring connections. Then refer back to this sheet to complete installation of this fixture.
1. To install glass (1) first remove the threaded socket cover (2) and steel cover (3) from socket (S) – See Drawing 2. 2. Next slip glass (1) over socket and hold in position. 3. Now slip spacer (3) over socke. Now thread on socket ring (2) and tighten till snug to secure glass.

1. Pour installer la vitre (1), retirez d’abord le couvercle de la douille filetée (2) et le couvercle en acier (3) de la douille (S) Voir Dessin 2. 2. Glissez ensuite le verre (1) sur la douille et maintenez-le en place. 3. Glisser maintenant l’entretoise (3) sur la douille. Enfilez maintenant la douille (2) et serrer jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien ajusté pour fixer le verre.
