Introduction
Our intelligent electric shaver, the Braun Series 7, has four synchronized shaving parts that allow it to shave in one motion but other models require two. Even thick beards can be effectively shaved using cutting-edge Sonic technology and a sophisticated Autosensing motor. With the push of a button, the five Turbo/Sensitive Modes change the razor’s strength and tenderness.
How To Turn On/Off
- Press the power button on the front of the razor to start it up. When the razor is turned on and prepared for usage, its LED display will light up.
- Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the LED display turns off to switch off the razor. Alternatively, to conserve battery life, the razor will shut off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
How To Use
- Charge the razor for an hour with the included charging cord before using it for the first time.
- To soften your beard and open up your pores, wash your face in warm water or take a shower.
- The razor can be started by pressing the power button.
- Shave your beard in the direction that the hair grows using the razor. Apply light pressure as you move the razor in circular or back-and-forth motions.
- After shaving, run running water over the blade to get rid of any residual hair and shaving cream.
- Place the razor in the Clean & Charge Station if you have one to automatically clean, charge, and lubricate it. If not, physically clean the razor using the supplied cleaning brush.
- To turn off the razor, press and hold the power button.
- After using and cleaning the razor, keep it out of the water and dry.
How To Charge
- The razor’s bottom charging connector accepts the little end of the charging cord.
- The charging cord’s other end should be plugged into an outlet. The razor’s LED display will start charging and indicate the battery level.
- It will take the razor around an hour to charge completely. The battery level will be visible on the LED display throughout this time and will rise as the razor charges.
- Disconnect the charging cord from the electrical outlet and the razor once it has finished charging.
How To Clean
- Rinse the razor head under running water to get rid of any leftover hair, shaving cream, or dirt after shaving.
- To remove the shaving head from the razor, press the release button on its side.
- Remove any hair or debris from the shaving head and the surrounding area using the included cleaning brush.
- Warm water should be added to a washbasin or basin along with a drop of liquid soap. To allow the water and soap to circulate through the shaving head, submerge the shaving head in the water and turn on the razor for a few seconds. After that, turn off the razor and give the shaving head a few minutes in the water to soak.
- To get rid of any soap or dirt, properly rinse the shaving head under running water.
- Shake the razor head to get rid of extra water.
- The shaving head should be placed on a fresh towel and left to air dry for a number of hours.
- Reattach the shaving head to the razor once it has dried by squeezing it in until you hear a click.
How To Change Modes
- The razor can be started by pressing the power button.
- The razor’s LED display shows the mode that is in effect. Go to the following step if you wish to modify the mode.
- To choose between the Normal, Sensitive, and Extra Sensitive settings, press the mode button on the razor’s front. The selected mode will be displayed on the LED display.
