F2F 25 Periscope Interview Teleprompter

Product Information: F2F 25

The F2F 25 is a video recording tool that allows for direct eye
contact during interviews. It consists of the following
components:

  1. Beam Splitter Hood (B): A hood that goes around the beam
    splitter frame to prevent light from interfering with the
    reflection.
  2. Mirror Hood (C): A hood that goes around the mirror panel to
    block out light and ensure a clear reflection.
  3. Main Frame (A): The main frame that holds the beam splitter and
    mirror in place.

Product Usage Instructions

Assembly

Step 1:

Completely open the two panels on the side of the Main Frame (A)
as shown in Fig. 1.

Step 2:

Ensure that the two panels are parallel to each other when fully
opened, as shown in Fig. 2.

Step 3:

Attach the Mirror Hood (C) around the mirror panel using the
Velcro strips, as shown in Fig. 3. Make sure the Mirror Hood (C) is
tight around the panel to prevent light leakage.

Step 4:

Attach the Beam Splitter Hood (B) around the beam splitter frame
using the Velcro strips, as shown in Fig. 4. Ensure that the Beam
Splitter Hood (B) is tight around the frame to block out light and
maintain a clear reflection.

Step 5:

Place your camera in front of the Beam Splitter and on the
opposite side of the Mirror. Use the provided sock to cover the
lens and prevent any light from entering. Your setup should look
like Fig. 5.

Step 6:

The interviewer should stand next to the camera, facing the
mirror. The interviewee should face the camera, as shown in Fig.
6.

Assembly
1 Mount the F2F 25 onto a tripod. To differentiate the bottom from the top side of the F2F 25: · the Velcro strips are on the outside of the Main Frame (A) at the top and on the inside at the bottom of it as shown in Fig. 1. · The notches in the center plates of the Main Frame (A) are closer to the bottom.

2 Completely open the 2 panels on the side of the Main Frame (A).
When fully opened, the 2 panels should be paralleled to each other as shown in Fig. 2.

Assembly
3 Attach the Mirror Hood (C) around the mirror panel using the Velcro strips as shown in Fig. 3. Make sure the Mirror Hood (C) is tight around the panel so that light does not go through.

4 Attach the Beam Splitter Hood (B) around the beam splitter frame using the Velcro strips around it as shown in Fig. 4.
Make sure the Beam Splitter Hood (B) is tight around the frame so that the light cannot get through, which will affect how clearly you can see the reflection of the person you will be talking to while recording.

Assembly
5 Place you camera in front of the Beam Splitter and on the opposite side of the Mirror. Place the sock around the lens to prevent any light from getting in. Your setup should look as in Fig. 5.

6 The interviewer should stand next to the camera facing the mirror. The interviewee should face the camera as shown if Fig. 6.
