Step 1
Paying attention to the orientation, insert the Handle into the tubes on the Base as shown until the spring pins click into place. You may need to depress the spring pins slightly with your finger to get them into the base.
Step 2 A. Estimate the Platform height you prefer by holding it next to the Handle and Base assembly. If the use will be similar to a bar foot rail while standing, we recommend setting the Platform height to around 7” using the second hole from the bottom in the Handle.
B. Holding the Platform vertically as shown, insert the hooks on the back of the Platform into the holes along the handle that you selected in the previous step. Make sure the Handle holes are at the same height on each side so the Platform sits level.
C. Rotate the Platform down until the back of the Platform rests against the Handle
Step 3 (optional)
A. If you choose to place the Platform directly on the floor without using the base, first put an End Cap on each of the Platform’s hooks.
B. Remove the paper backing from each of the four Pads and place them on the bottom of the Platform.
Adjustment Information
Adjust the height of the Platform
A. To adjust the height of the Elevate Footrest, rotate the Platform up to disengage the Platform’s hooks from the Handle. See Steps 2B and 2C for details on removing and installing the Platform into the
Handle at the new height.
B. Determine how much higher or lower you would like the Platform to be and select the holes on the Handle that would best position the Platform at that height.
- There are six height options available on the Handle, or you can rest the Platform on the floor.
