PORTLAND RANGE BATHROOM FURNITURE FITTING GUIDE
Portland Range Bathroom Furniture requires suitable tools for
installation. It is important to secure the unit to the wall using
appropriate fixings (pre-drilled holes are provided in the back
panel of the unit) for safety reasons. When fitting a basin to the
unit, a bead of silicone should be applied to the top edge of the
basin unit to seal between the basin and unit.
Hinge Adjustment
The hinges of the bathroom furniture have three types of
adjustments:
- Vertical: Loosen screw ‘A’ on all hinges.
Adjust the door and retighten the screw. - Lateral: Loosen screw ‘B’. Adjust the door and
retighten the screw. - Horizontal: To adjust the drawer position,
follow step ‘C’ to adjust the screw.
Drawers Remove/Install
To remove the drawer, follow step ‘A’ and remove the fastener,
then follow step ‘B’. To install the drawer, follow step ‘B’ and
then follow step ‘A’ to lock the fastener.
Wall Hung Unit Installation
The distance between each bracket on the unit should be measured
as ‘L’, and ‘H’ should be measured as per customer request. The
standard height is 850mm (including basin height) from floor to
washbasin. Fixings are included in the box.
- Step 1: Measure ‘L’ distance between brackets on unit.
- Step 2: Measure ‘H’ distance as per customer request.
- Step 3: Fix the unit to the wall using included fixings.
Mirror Cabinet and Storage Unit
For mirror cabinet and storage unit installation, plug screws
with chrome covers are included in the box. The distance between
each pre-drilled hole on the product should be measured as ‘L’ and
‘H’, and fixing them as per below steps. The distance between the
mirror cabinet and basin should be 300-400mm. The distance from
floor to the bottom of storage should be as per customer
request.
- Step 1: Measure ‘L’ distance between pre-drilled holes on the
product. - Step 2: Measure ‘H’ distance between pre-drilled holes on the
product. - Step 3: Fix the mirror cabinet and storage unit to the wall
using included fixings.

A – Ve r t i c a l
Loosen screw`A’on all hinges. Adjust door and retighten screw.
B-Lateral
Loosen screw`B’.Adjust door and retighten screw.
C-Horizontal
Loosen screw `B’ ½ turn. Turn screw`C’until door is positioned correctly and retighten screw`B’.
Drawers Remove/Install
To Remove the Drawer: Follow step ‘A’ and remove the fastener then follow step ‘B’. To Install the Drawer: Follow step ‘B’ and then follow step ‘A’ to lock the fastener. Drawer position: If drawer position needs altering follow step ‘C’ to adjust the screw.
