160 SU5126 Sliding Pocket Door Hardware Kit
Product Information
The product is a sliding door system called SLID’UP 160. It is
designed for doors weighing up to 60 kg. The minimum required door
width is 20 mm. The system is compatible with different door
heights, denoted as H. The product comes with various components
including brackets (x1), rollers (x2), stops (x4), and other
necessary parts.
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by assembling the brackets and rollers according to the
provided instructions. Ensure that all components are securely
attached. - Determine the required door height, denoted as H, and subtract
70 mm to determine the desired system height (h). - Measure the distance from the edge of the door to the end of
the track and add 60 mm to determine the required track length
(d). - Measure the distance from the top of the door to the ceiling
and denote it as H0. - Measure the distance from the edge of the door to the end of
the track and denote it as L0. - Refer to the provided table to select the appropriate track
length (L) based on your door width. - Install the track and attach it securely to the wall or ceiling
using suitable screws or mounting hardware. - If needed, use additional options such as SU5239, SU5240,
SU5233, SU5234, SU5243, SU5212, SU5214 – SU5231, or SU5232 as
specified in the options section. - Ensure that all components are properly aligned and adjusted
before testing the sliding door system.
