Product Usage Instructions:
- Start by locating a standard 3.5 mounting bay in your computer
case. - Ensure that the mounting bay is suitable for accommodating two
2.5 HDDs or SSDs. - If you have a mounting bay for Floppy/card readers, this
product can also fit into it. - Take the 3.5 BayExtension mounting frame and position it
correctly in the chosen mounting bay. - Secure the mounting frame using the provided 4x coarse thread
mounting screws. - Prepare the 2.5 HDDs or SSDs that you want to install.
- Align the HDDs or SSDs with the mounting holes on the mounting
frame. - Use the provided 8x fine thread mounting screws to secure the
HDDs or SSDs onto the mounting frame. - Ensure that the HDDs or SSDs are securely attached to the
mounting frame. - Refer to the Instruction Manual for any additional guidelines
or troubleshooting information.
3.5″ BayExtension
The 3.5″ BayExtension is a metal mounting frame which allows up to two 2.5″ hard drives or SSDs to be mounted into a 3.5″ drive bay of a PC case. Regardless of whether it is an internal 3.5″ hard drive bay or a drive bay for floppy or card readers, the 3.5″ BayExtension is compatible. Also, the mounting frame is compatible with most quick-locking systems. There are no issues connecting angled SATA plugs to the installed hard drive or SSDs: the underside of the mounting frame is shortened accordingly.
