Product Information

The Automatic Device Industrial Series 3-6-12 Kg Powder is a certified device manufactured by Biogenesis S.r.l. It is designed for industrial use and is suitable for fire extinguishing applications. The device comes in three versions with different powder dimensions.

The device is approved and certified for ABC fire rating, which means it can extinguish fires involving Class A, Class B, and Class C fires. It uses an extinguishing agent called EPW 18462, which is an ABC powder with a MAP (monoammonium phosphate) content of 20%. The device operates within a temperature range of 40 to 50 degrees Celsius.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

1. Install the device in a vertical position using the supplied bracket.
2. Place the distribution pipe and fix the nozzles.
3. Remove the safety pin to make the operating system ready.

Maintenance:
Recommended maintenance should be carried out as per the mentioned in the Use and Maintenance Manual provided with the device. It is important to comply with the rules and of the country where the device is being utilized.

Note for pressure switch:
The pressurized device is “normally open”. The pressure switch alone, not installed on the device, is “normally closed”.

MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION

Install the system in vertical position using the supplied bracket. Place the distribution pipe and fix the nozzles. Remove the safety pin to make operating system.
