Expanding Extra Spaces
The pet carrier may have been out of shape during transportation. Please fold along the frame to quickly restore to its shape or leave it for several hours before unfolding.
- Unfold the pet carrier and push to luggage shape.
- For XL Carriers: Insert the two fiber support rods into the top frames and fasten with hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Fix the fleece pad on the inside bottom with buttons buckled in place.
- Unzip the zippers on the three expandable sides for extra spaces if desired.
Exploring Your Pet Carrier
* The marked autolock zippers (top, left & right sides) are used to avoid pulling apart by your pet unexpectedly.
To easily unzip, you can hold the pull tabs with a slight force upward.
Care and Cleaning
Outer Surface & Fleece Pad
- Promptly wipe up any matter or liquid with a damp cloth or sponge. Air dry. Do not wring.
- Unzip and remove the board from the fleece pad. Machine wash the pad on gentle cycle in cold water with suitable detergent.
Storage
- Clean as instructed and air dry all parts.
- Unzip the zippers and fold it down into a flat package. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Attention
- Avoid contact with sharp objects.
- Anew pet carrier may have a smell which is normal and does no harm to pets or human body. You can wash it or place it in an well-ventilated place for hours before first use.
- It is recommended to expand the carrier on a flat and level surface indoor, outside or on a Car.
- For daily use, you can unzip the top mesh window for well ventilation and fresh air for your pet.
- Our pet carrier fits for under-seat dimensions of most airline carriers. Contact with airline before flying with your pet for any specific set of rules and regulations.
