- Unplug and turn machine over
- Remove the top end of hose by grabbing cuff securely and pull off by angling down
- Clear lower end can be removed by unthreading – turn Clockwise while pulling up on hose
- To attach new lower hose
- Compress hose and push down on collar while turning counter clockwise until hose is “threaded” securely onto opening
- Insert collar end onto top opening, push until it “clicks” securely in place
- If the hose is unable to be installed, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
