Frequently Asked Questions
150W motor on a 1200mAH Lithium battery charged by 5V USB? Something’s not right. Most likely the Li battery is 3.7V, which would store 4.4WH (3.7V x 1.2AH), thus power a 150W motor for 0.03 hour (4.4WH / 150W), or 1.8 minutes, if the battery can output 40.5A current (150W / 3.7V), and everything is running 100% efficiency.
The device seems durable. While it will certainly grind a small volume of nuts to fine bits, I would not expect a “smooth” butter from this “chopper”. The instructions say to use it in short bursts. Extended continuous running may cause the motor to over heat.
I have not used it for flaxseed but I read many reviews that said it does. I really love the Chopper. It has performed better than I expected. But haven’t ground flaxseed.
Don’t worry, Please contact the after-sales mailbox in the package, they will give you good suggestions.
Yes,it is normal for red lights to rotate through the 3 dots during charging,Wait until the indicator lights turn green and the charging is complete.

I believe so. It easily fine chopped cauliflower.
I didn’t notice one when I got it but I don’t live in CA & probably wouldn’t have noticed. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. There is none on the machine itself.
Of course, I don’t think there is a problem. Anythings that is not very hard can become mud in a few seconds.
I am sure it can chop canned tuna. I have used it to finely chop onions, leeks, beets, and celery.
I thk all wall plugs are tge typical USB ports so it should have no issue.
Yes you can
The main component of the glass bowl is high borosilicate, it is safe and non-toxic, free of lead. safe to use.
I don’t recommend it, it will damage the blade.
It does not really work with loose dry products as it is meant for other purposes. (though it grinds nuts very well, yet nuts have oils that provide adequate moisture) I would recommend powdering sugar an electric coffee grinder – that’s where I usually powder my spices.
It can be used to grind coffee, but it cannot be powder like a coffee grinder
I have a 5 mo old, and I have been using this for his stage pne pureed foods. I honestly love it. I have a ninja bullet that’s loud and my baby gets scared. This thing is portable and quiet. It is good to blend baby food (steamed fruits and veggies) but don’t expect it to be strong like an actual food processor.
I think you should just buy another grinder, I don’t know how to just buy the glass container. Sorry.
No, it can’t be used while charging, needs to continue for 2-3 hours, until all 3 indicators light up green to indicate that the charging is complete.
Yes. It’s baby food safe
