Product Usage Instructions
Safety Instructions
CAUTION: Be careful when handling, operating,
and cleaning the food mill. Keep hands clear of blades when in
use.
Operation
- Place cooked fruits or vegetables in the food mill.
- Crank the food mill handle to press the cooked fruits and
vegetables through the sieves into the container.
Cleaning
- Disassemble food mill.
- Hand wash all food mill components in warm water with a mild
soap solution. Avoid using abrasive sponges or rags. - Rinse with warm water.
- Let air dry before re-assembly.
Assembly
- Place desired sieve within food mill circular rim. There is a
notch that locks the sieve into place. - Unlock latches on the sides of the food mill rim.
- Place food mill handle assembly into the food mill. Insert the
food mill handle assembly rod into the hole in the center of the
sieve. - Attach food mill handle assembly to food mill rim by locking
the handle in place using the latches and attached brackets.

OPERATION
1. Place the food mill on the container that will be used to collect the milled produce. · Both food mills will fit a variety of stock pot sizes if only 2 of the hooks are used. · 5 qt. food mill is designed to fit 12 qt. stock pots using all 4 hooks. · 8 qt. food mill is designed to fit 20 qt. stock pots using all 4 hooks.
