The food mill is a versatile kitchen tool that allows you to
easily process and strain cooked fruits and vegetables. It comes in
different models and sizes, each equipped with specific sieves for
different milling needs. The food mill is designed for efficient
and convenient operation, and it can be disassembled for easy
cleaning.

Replacement Sieves:

Assembly:

1. Clean all parts according to instructions below before
   assembly.
2. Place the desired sieve into the food mill, ensuring it locks
   into place with the notch.
3. Insert the food mill handle assembly rod into the hole in the
   center of the sieve.
4. Attach the food mill handle assembly to the food mill by
   hooking the bracket onto the hooks on the rim.

Cleaning:

1. Disassemble the food mill.
2. Hand wash all food mill components in warm water with a mild
   soap solution. Avoid using abrasive sponges or rags.
3. Rinse with warm water.
4. Let air dry.

Operation:

1. Place the food mill on the container that will be used to
   collect the milled produce.
2. Place cooked fruits or vegetables in the food mill.
3. Crank the food mill handle to press the cooked fruits and
   vegetables through the sieves into the container.

Note: The above instructions are valid until March
2023.

REPLACEMENT SIEVES

ASSEMBLY

2. Place desired sieve into food mill. There is a notch that will lock the sieve into place.
3. Place food mill handle assembly into the food mill.
4. Insert the food mill handle assembly rod into the hole in the center of the sieve.
5. Attach food mill handle assembly to food mill by hooking bracket onto the hooks on the rim.
CLEANING
