MEM6137P Remover and Wheel Cleaner
Product Information
The product in question is the Helium and Nitrum, specifically
the MEM6137P and MEM6138P models.
Assembly Instructions for Helium and Nitrum
1. Remove wheels and sleeves. This applies only to the STD rear
axle and not the PRO rear axle or short COG rear axle.
2. Assemble the plate (right side) according to the provided
picture. The following parts are required for right side
mounting:

Note: If you only order the mounting set, the axle is not
included. Please refer to the service manual for replacement

3. Assemble the under placed battery bag or, if you have ordered
a Lithium battery, place the battery holder as shown in the
provided picture.

Product Usage Instructions
To assemble the Helium and Nitrum, follow these steps:
- Start by removing the wheels and sleeves. This step is
necessary only if you have the STD rear axle. - Next, assemble the plate on the right side according to the
provided picture. Use the following parts: Hub sleeve (HW072), Stop
Screw M6 x 12 (XSTM6X12), Screw: Round – M8 x 16 (XSM8X16), Bracket
(310031), and Stop Pin (320003). - If you have ordered a Lithium battery, place the battery holder
as shown in the picture. If not, assemble the under placed battery
bag. - For the assembly of the battery bracket (MEM5015), follow the
provided instructions and use the specified parts.
Note: If you have only ordered the mounting set, please note
that the axle is not included. Refer to the service manual for
replacement options.
Assembly instructions for Helium and Nitrum
With 0° Camber
MEM6137P and MEM6138P
1. Remove wheels and sleeves.
Only STD rear axle.
Not PRO rear axle or
short COG rear axle.

2. Check the correct placement for the eMove and assemble with axle Ø12,7-46 with part number: X0E-2530E-00. Stop pins are assembled with Part Numbers: 320003.
