K4000 CAFÉ BREWER CLEANING
AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE
The K4000 Cafe System requires regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. The Quick Clean function, accessible from the main menu, makes it easy to rinse the lines the dispensed coffee (brew line) and milk powder (soluble line). Quick Clean Rinses should be performed daily. Additional daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning and maintenance guidelines are detailed on the reverse side.
How to use the Quick Clean Function
PERFORM DAILY FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE
- Place an empty 10oz cup on the drip tray
- Select “Quick Clean” from the main menu
- Choose Brew Line Wash or Soluble Line Wash

CLEAN
Urnex Rinza Alkaline Milk
Frother Cleaner
1. PREPARE
Prepare a diluted solution of Rinzai. Mix well and use immediately.
 | 15oz Rinza | + | 2 Gallons Warm |
| Concentrate | Tap Water |
2. SOAK FOR 30 MINUTES
Soak parts in Rinza solution for 30 minutes. If parts cannot be removed, then dab a soft cloth into the Rinzai solution and use it to coat the appliance part.
3. RINSE
Remove parts from solution and allow to drain well and dry completely. Do not rinse. If parts were not removed from the appliance, wipe with a soft cloth and let air dry.
SANITIZE

Equipment Sanitizer
1. PREPARE
Prepare a diluted solution of Complete Café.
Mix well and use immediately.

Soak parts in Complete Cafe solution for 1 minute. If parts cannot be removed, then dab a soft cloth into the Complete Cafe solution and use it to coat the appliance part.

Remove parts from solution and allow to drain well and dry completely. Do not rinse. If parts were not removed from the appliance, wipe with a soft cloth and let air dry.
